Day 09 : Cmdt Armstrong from Full Metal Alchemist. Olivier Mira Armstrong is the chief of the North troup of the army. Called "the Ice Queen" she's strong, pityless, clever, lead à lot of soldiers with an Iron fist. She's also extrêmement fair and dedicated to her troops and what she considers as her duty, and not hesitate tout take hight risks for it.
